Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The bed cover must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or damaged post-delivery.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different color or pattern, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
